I don't know what's up with my left eyelid, and it's horribly distracting. If you can get beyond that, here's the gist of the video:
Our self-limiting beliefs are keeping us from creating the life of our dreams, which is the land of human fulfillment.
Our limiting beliefs tell us we can't change, that it is too late, that we don't have what it takes, that we've missed our opportunity, and that we aren't up for the task.
But we do have what it takes to change. Everything we need is within and it is here and now. We just need to crack open the door (or window) to new possibilities and let the breeze rush in to blow away the fear and doubt.
We have what it takes to live our purpose, our passion, and share our talents in a way that makes an impact.
We know we want to move on. We're ready to move on. But somehow, we feel bogged down and we fail to move on.
Sometimes we just need to LET GO! What are ready to let go of? What are you finished with?
Why are we so afraid of starting over? Do we think it's going to be hard? Do we think we're too old? Do we think it means we've been a failure?
Out with the old and in with the new! Yeah baby! Get creative. Get juicy. Get inspired. Get re-energized in your dreams and passion. Say 'yes' to yourself for a change.
If something isn't working, be brave enough to say, "you're outta here!" You are worth it!
Something shifted in me recently after a particularly profound meditation. Actually, it was a sort of 'remembering' the call of the hero's journey and how that journey calls deeply to my soul.
I've avoided talking about it (and even thinking about it) for quite some time. I was reminded that the journey to our authentic self, the journey to our wholeness, the journey to our soul calls to me deeply.
And not only my journey, but helping others on their own journey as well. And this journey requires boldness, it requires us to come face-to-face with our brilliance, and it also requires that we acknowledge the beauty of who we are.
I am humbled by those that have allowed me to be a mentor, a guide, and a witness for them while they made their own hero's journey.
Let's continue the journey...together!
Janet works with women who struggle with putting everyone else first, settling, playing small, and not following their dreams. She helps them move beyond the negative voices in their head so they can unleash their purpose, unmask their brilliance, and uncover possibilities that they have been blind to.
