Another title for this video could be “5 Tips to Overcome Inertia.”
It can be a challenge to get started if inertia has set in. We get overloaded with excuses why we can’t move forward (not enough time, not enough energy, too many conflicting priorities – just to name three). But we all know those are the lies we tell ourselves so we can remain securely in our comfort zone. The excuses we tell ourselves are just one of the many distractions that get in the way of living fully and sharing who we have come to be. How do we go from inertia to momentum? I’m glad you asked! I give at least 5 tips in this video (not to mention a lot of fist pumps!!). I had a great time filming this and I hope you’ll have a great time watching it. It’s longer than most of my videos, but well worth it (if I say so myself!)
