I have long joked (okay, so it wasn't really a joke) that "I don't cook." So, to see a page dedicated to recipes simply does not compute, right? Here's the thing: I like to cook what I like to eat. So, I like to experiment with casseroles and soups and crockpot recipes and a mixture of ingredients to create a "multi-taste sensation."
And then in December of 2014 when my daughter wanted to try the Whole30, I was game. She made it about 4 days, but I held strong for the entire 30 Days. What followed was a TON of new recipes and menu plans - most of which I'll be posting here.
As I add more recipes, I'll categorize them better. But for now, click on the image and it will take you to the recipe. Most of these are going to be Whole30 compliant, Paleo, or Low Carb.
